Shipping & Returns

We believe in utmost customer satisfaction and have all our products delivered safely as per schedule. Also, since all of our products are specifically manufactured according to your requirement please read our shipping and returns policy carefully.

Are there any shipping charges or any additional hidden charges?

No, shipments are free of charge. Any additional charges whatsoever will be incurred by ERP.

Do you ship to my city and location?

Yes, we deliver to all the cities in India that includes Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Bangalore, Ambala, Panchkula, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Mohali, Chennai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Jaipur, Kochi, Kolkata, Mangalore, Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Surat, Vadodara and Visakhapatnam and many more.

Incase if your city is not listed above and the delivery of your order is substantial and viable we will make all efforts to execute the same. Incase of any query regarding product delivery to your location please drop an email with your contact details and we will get in touch with you within 24 hours.

Do you ship internationally?

At present ERP doesn’t deliver outside India. However purchases for your loved ones in India can be done from anywhere in the world by using international credit or debit cards issued in India.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Since most of the orders are customized to suit your requirement the same are dispatched from our warehouse for shipping within 12 days of order confirmation after which the delivery time for shipping is around 7 - 15 days depending on your delivery location.

So, in total the delivery of your product might take upto 21-26 days from the day you place an order.

We always ensure that the product reaches you within the committed time. However, due to some reason if the same is delayed we will keep you updated and resolve the same in the shortest possible time frame.

Can you deliver my product faster than mentioned?

The delivery time for a product is determined by various factors including the kind of product, location of delivery and logistic network available in your location. We always try to deliver it as soon as possible.

I am buying this product as a gift. Can it be gift-wrapped?

Small sized products such as accessories can be gift wrapped whereas furniture products cannot.

My purchase is a gift, can ERP send the order without an invoice?

Unfortunately, we cannot ship any product without an invoice. To comply with the rules governing the movement of goods in India, and due to tax and regulatory reasons all shipments have to be accompanied with an invoice.

Can you send all my products in one shipment?

Yes, we do have an option to send all the products in one shipment provided the same should be made clear within a day of placing an order via email or a phone call

How do I track my order?

The tracking details for the order will be provided via email as soon as we dispatch your order from our warehouse. We try our best to deliver your product before the given estimated time i.e. well within around 21 days of your order confirmation. In a few cases however, we take closer to our promised 24-26 days for delivery. In such cases, we proactively call / email the customer to inform them of the status of their product and where it is in transit. In the rare case when you have not received any communication from us for 10 days after order confirmation do give us a call at our customer care number or email us at [email protected]

Will ERP provide free assembly at my doorstep for the furniture ordered?

None of our products require any assembly service and so as of now we do not provide any assembly services of our delivered products. The manual will be provided for the same wherever required.

For wall units you would be given a manual with step by step procedure to help you fix it on the wall (You may require a local carpenter for the same).

What should I check when the product is delivered to me?

Please check for all the following items when the product is delivered to you:

    • Please check on all external surfaces across the product for any breakages, cracks, or chip-offs
    • Only wall units would require installation guide which will be provided by ERP in a catalogue.
    • Wood has natural qualities such as differing grain patterns, minimal stain differences and small knots – so the images shown on the website may not exactly resemble the product delivered.

What if I receive a damage product?

In case you receive a damaged product (damage as defined above), please call us 7069631776 or write to us at [email protected]

Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. For such cases replacement of the product will be processed.

Is there any advance amount to be paid?

For total order of INR 10000 or more, an advance of 30% of the total order amount will be charged before order confirmation.

If for any reason you are not able to pay it online we do have provision for cash / cheque deposit. Please note that in such cases the order will be confirmed only when the amount gets deposited in our account. Do contact us if you need any further information on the same.

Can I cancel the order?

For orders wherein we require advance payment we do not consider any cancellation after delivery of the same. Incase if you cancel before delivery your advance payment gets forfeit.

For all other orders please refer the below mentioned terms

Before Delivery

    • In the rare case that you do not like the product, or are unable to make space for it, you may cancel the order before delivery. In such cases full refund of the payment will be processed.

After Delivery

    • If the order is to be returned after delivery a cancellation fee of INR 999 will be charged.
    • We will take the product back provided it is returned within 3 days of delivery. Please note that the product is returned unused in its original condition. If not so the refund might not be processed.
