Product warranty is as stated:

    • For Furniture Products: 12 months Warranty
    • For Accessories: 3 months warranty

Warranty of the product begins from the date of product delivery. Also, we will require the proof of purchase from original buyer.

Under the limited warranty period, we will either replace or repair a manufacturing defect with comparable product or components free of cost. 

If a product or its part has to be replaced and that particular product or part is no longer available, ERP reserves the right to use an alternative similar product or part.

Once intimidated our team will get in touch with you within 3 working days of the report for further inquiry. 

Any modifications done to the product by anyone other than ERP will void the warranty terms of the product

The warranty does not cover damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage.

Warranty is limited to generally accepted care and maintenance of natural wood products and environments.

Wood finishes and upholstery fabrics are not warranted

These Limited Warranties provide coverage to the original purchaser and do not apply to rented or commercial uses.

Damage caused by the carrier in-transit, will be handled as per the norms of the carrier and insurance agency. Such damages should be notified on the same day as receipt of the goods.


Normal wear and tear of products during course of ownership.

Color, grain, or texture of natural wood materials, laminates and other covering materials.

Damages due to abnormal conditions, fire, flood, weather, etc

Damages or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, improper care, modifications, or relocation.

Damages to seating products caused by contact with tables, desks, or other surfaces. Or overloading.

Natural wood surfaces are subject to denting, scratching, and gauging if not properly used and cared for. Warranty is subject to use and care in accordance with the use and care instructions provided in the Product Care section of this site


For any manufacturing defects and damages in transit, we offer easy replacements.

In case, you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Email us a few photographs with the order number and item code to [email protected]

We will assess the damage and revert within 2 days. We will either arrange to collect the product and send you a replacement free of charge or just send you a replacement.
